My name is Paula and people are my passion. Years ago I created this project with the idea of connecting people to their surroundings from an inward perspective. My approach is humanistic, and I believe in the healing power of time, space, and the right care. The sessions with me are intense but lighthearted: we will work from here and now on what concerns you, placing you at the center of your life, so that you can take control of your present and your future.

I teach you those strategies that were never explained to us to lower our revolutions, manage fears, and reconnect with who we really are.
Hello, I am María. My interest in psychology stems from a passion for getting to know the story of each person and understanding what lies behind their feelings. I work from an integrative perspective, adapting the process to each person and their life stage. I see therapy as a shared space where we can make sense of what is happening to us, from a close, respectful, and adapted perspective.

The Amarea team is made up of psychologists, psychotherapists and other mental health professionals who, from different perspectives, contribute a rich and diverse perspective to the project. Our mission is to make individual mental health care a small collective revolution. We want psychotherapy to be more than just an emergency or a patch: we want it to be an encounter with life and with beauty.

In times of greatest difficulty, discovering, embracing, and holding with integrity our darkness and what disturbs us gives us a much more real and human view of ourselves. This, in turn, brings us back to earth, reminding us who we are and what unites us to life.
